Backyard Deer

Gundogs brought out a couple of his cam to my place a couple weeks back.

I can't remember where I posted about the little buck we had coming last fall with the bad rear leg , it was pretty much a cripple - either car or hunting related I would guess. Well it hung around for a couple days and then disappeared...I assumed it died. Well maybe not!

Here are a few pics from GD's cam.

The first one is kinda funny cuz it looks like I actually helped him..in reality I just stood around and yaked his ear off...oh well, it looks like I'm working in pic # 1 and you know what they say..pictures don't lie lol !!

The next 2 are the deer (we think) with the bum leg some 2 months later.....looks like he's holding it odd to me ( is this the pic you thought may have been him GD)

I might have to get me one of those cams someday. Might be the only way i get to see things juring hunting season.

just razing ya, BEA. I know that mine are far from the caliber that some can make. Here is the sad part but for now I can only sell spliced feathers as long as they have an arrow attached to hold them together.
