Superdave, I like your quote.
A friend of mine and I are getting his young fella into hunting, this year he had an opportunity to take a deer, a small spike...he passed and said he would wait,
it wasn't the one he wanted for his first..
I hope he doesn't have to wait too long and I hope he retains this attitude throughout his hunting.
I think he has it in mind to shame the two of us..lol

Christmas eve has come at last,
I hope to hunt when the turkey has passed.
May Santa bring you all that you need,
And bring the deer plenty of winter feed.
Looking forward to the New Year a comin',
The bunny hunting has got me a hummin'.
The snow is falling from the sky today,
So I'll wax up the shoes before it goes away.
Good to be with the family and friends at this time,
Time to hit the woods to enjoy the sunshine.
I'll take the young fellow out to look for a buggsy,
Then back home we'll come for his mom's huggsy.
What better words would you like to hear?
What could be better than Christmas and New Year?
May every hunter have a wonderful season,
This is why I'm typing, (thats the reason).
So I'll say it again while I'm at the computer,
When you find a big bunny we know it's a shooter.

An easy winter, more deer, bunnies, pheasants and partidge wouldn't be bad either.
All the best from the Webber family, Rose, John , Sam, hte dog, 3 cats, assorted rodents and a hedgehog.
(Why do they call then hamsters, the hams are soooo small)

I just got home from the hospital with the best christmas gift ever, my second daughter born last night at 7:47 so it will be happy holidays in my house for sure. Happy holidays everyone from my family to yours.

The little girl is a doll. I got to see her on boxing day. He'll be busy for sure, but I'll try to convince him to be in Bass River. He got a new back quiver for christmas he needs to try out.
