Well folks, what did people think of this year's RV show? A lot of the non-profits (BANS and TAANS included) weren't there due to new pricing for the booths. No point going, if a non-profit group is going to lose money by going. It isn't like the non-profits have a lot to begin with.
BANS is looking for an alternate venue, such as the Hants, Colchester or Halifax county exhibitions, etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I saw a lot lacking from the show this year, with more snack and food vendors, fewer places actually selling hunting or fishing gear, more space utilized by Lazer tag , etc.

Well, I didn't make it up this year, first time in many, many years. I know that Bridgewater also puts on a sport and home show, but it is really small.

I was disappointed to se what I saw, thats for surre.I have gone for years and saw a lot of the traditional shows were missing,Those log rollers from Barrington,They always put on a clasy show of old time traditions, showing a lot of skill and talent,I know they were there every year, but from the looks of the crowds they drew ,they were well liked.
Next off,I went to buy myself some tickets on the bans draw,as I have pretty good luck winning that..LOL...not what i call an outdoor sports show ,that was my last time going.I also heard what sace was going for,its absolutely crazy imho.

I was also very disapponted in the show. It's almost just the atv/camper show.
We'll likely not visit next year.
