howdy folks ,the snow is on the ground and so are the Bunny tracks . lots of them in some places , but you never know where those places are unless you are at the Bass River Bunny Hunt . This year it is on Jan 09 , or the second Sat in Jan . The hunt starts with a harty breakfast served from 8 till 10 am , or until the boys tell me to shutup and let them get hunting . The zones are drawn at breakfast and around 430 a grand supper of moose soup , deer stew rabbit stew and who knows what else , oh yeah do not forget the desserts ,. All of this and a whole day of hunting and commaraderie . All of this for the crazy price of 20 dollars . the same price for the last 12 years . so get your team together or just bring your self we will fit you in . Just bows only, no broadheads or dogs or guns . hope to see you all there . Things take place at the Bass River Fire Hall . come into bass river , go across the bridge , keep left and about 200 yards on the left you are there

So far we have 4 coming from CB, was talking to Paul Stinson and we will likely merge with his group again this year as in 2008 the last time we made it! And YES - I did reactivate my account on NSH, I found myself missing important info I should know about. Just have to go to my happy place when silly/uninformed discussions start!
