Hi all
If you looked through your Regulations Summary that comes with your licenses you may have noticed that they corrected the word"WEAPON" back to "FIREARMS" must be encased at all times in/on a vehicle.
BUT!!!!! because of the new Government change the wildlife act changes never made it in to get updated without causing a delay in the licence books being published. So 8(4)(a) still reads "WEAPON" DNR Enforcement said the changes will not be put through until next year now.
So just to be safe keep your BOWS legally encased while transporting during legal daylight hours.
It's no big deal for most, but something BANS worked on for a couple years in the mid 80's to keep our individuality seperate from rifle hunters.
