One week of bowhunting left

Next week is the last week of bowhunting deer for this year. I'm still without a deer to put my tag on so I'd better make the best of the few days I'll have to hunt on and tag out next week.
Good luck to those who are in the same shoes as I'm in and congratulations to those who got their archery deer this year.

Well I spent the day trashing around with the 300 savage in my hands. Didn't see a thing. Took my all day just to find fresh tracks, and when I did boy did I.

Somebody was putting out apples or carrots and the ground was turned up just like a cattle pin. I know the guy was a thunder stick hunter and he is done for the season. Now if I can only take advantage of the fact that all the deer for miles are still looking for his apples. Think I'll see what I can do wnext week. There are some mighty big tracks up there.
